  • LOCs and Money Markets are valued at 100%.
  • CDs are valued at 95% to account for any charges that could occur if we had to liquidate prior to maturity
  • Stocks are generally valued at 50%, however depending on the concentration of a stock, lack of diversification within a portfolio, and the quality of the stock may cause us to decrease the advance rate

  • Government Bonds/Treasuries are valued at 100%.
  • Corporate Bonds are valued between 50 and 80% and again depend on the concentration, diversification and quality of the bond
  • Variable policies & variable annuities are generally valued at 50%
  • We do not accept penny stocks
